Firstly and most importantly . all of our leaders are volunteers non of us get paid anything for giving up our time. BUT the experience, skills, fun , laughter we get both from working within our section teams and with the children is worth so much more than money

Volunteer lead for this group is Rachel with over 40 years of Scouting experience. she still loves her weekly fix of Cubs as she is leader for this section as well, along with Emily, Charlotte, Emma, Lewis, Steve and Sean

Our deputy volunteer lead is Sam who is also leader of the Scout section, helping her are Phil, Becky, Katie and Richard

Our Beaver leader is Lucy, supported by Danny, Bob. Bella and Marie

Our Squirrel leader is Laura supported by Rachel, Emily and Julie

Each section adults meet to plan usually over a pint and sometimes food. plans for volunteers social events are always being arranged. and there is a great sense of camaraderie, support and fun

we always need more leaders and helpers. even if you can’t help every week don’t let that put you off. if you have a skill anything from woodwork to dancing, mechanic to first aider please get in touch and run an evening for us
